國(guó)務(wù)院總理李強(qiáng)2025年7月6日會(huì)見埃塞俄比亞總理阿比時(shí)表示，中國(guó)愿同埃塞方在高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”框架下，推動(dòng)亞吉鐵路這一旗艦工程可持續(xù)發(fā)展，擴(kuò)大雙邊貿(mào)易投資規(guī)模。

China stands ready to work with Ethiopia to promote the sustainable development of the Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway, a flagship project of the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and expand bilateral trade and investment, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on July 6, 2025. Li made the remarks during his meeting with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

亞吉鐵路項(xiàng)目是海外首條全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈“中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”的鐵路，是“一帶一路”旗艦項(xiàng)目，于2012年開始施工，2016年全線通車，2018年開通運(yùn)營(yíng)。作為東非地區(qū)的交通大動(dòng)脈，亞吉鐵路連接了埃塞俄比亞和吉布提，被譽(yù)為埃塞俄比亞的運(yùn)輸生命線和新時(shí)期的坦贊鐵路。在建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)亞吉鐵路的同時(shí)，中資企業(yè)還積極響應(yīng)埃塞政府的工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，在亞吉鐵路沿線為其承建了5個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)工業(yè)園。

亞吉鐵路的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)，不但解決了交通難題，還有力促進(jìn)了沿線工業(yè)園區(qū)和重大項(xiàng)目在鐵路沿線的布局，帶動(dòng)了鐵路沿線和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，初步起到了“一條鐵路拉動(dòng)一條經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的效果。目前，在亞吉鐵路沿線，產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集效應(yīng)開始逐步顯現(xiàn)，“港口+鐵路+旱港+工業(yè)園+自貿(mào)區(qū)”組團(tuán)式發(fā)展，沿線的十幾個(gè)工業(yè)園區(qū)在全部投產(chǎn)后總計(jì)能為當(dāng)?shù)貏?chuàng)造幾十萬個(gè)就業(yè)崗位，未來亞吉鐵路沿線有望成為東非地區(qū)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶。

我們要堅(jiān)持拆墻而不是筑墻、開放而不是隔絕，堅(jiān)持共商共建共享，不搞贏者通吃，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，讓發(fā)展中國(guó)家更好融入國(guó)際分工，共享經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化成果。

What we need is to remove barriers rather than erect walls, open up rather than close off. We should carry out extensive consultation and make joint contribution for shared benefit, reject the winner-takes-all approach, and build an open world economy where developing countries are better involved in the international division of labor and share the fruits of economic globalization.
