2025年11月21日，在四川成都舉行的2025全球熊貓伙伴大會上，由新華社國家高端智庫和習(xí)近平生態(tài)文明思想研究中心共同撰寫的智庫報告《攜手邁向生態(tài)友好的現(xiàn)代化——習(xí)近平生態(tài)文明思想對全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論貢獻與實踐引領(lǐng)》面向全球發(fā)布。

A report titled "Joining Hands to Advance Toward an Eco-Friendly Modernization — The Theoretical Contributions and Practical Leadership of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization to Global Sustainable Development" was released at the Global Panda Partners 2025 conference in Chengdu, capital city of southwest China's Sichuan Province on November 21, 2025. The report was co-authored by the National High-Level Think Tank of Xinhua News Agency and the Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization.

2018年5月18日至19日，全國生態(tài)環(huán)境保護大會明確提出“習(xí)近平生態(tài)文明思想”。2022年8月18日，習(xí)近平生態(tài)文明思想研究中心在人民日報刊文，將習(xí)近平生態(tài)文明思想的基本內(nèi)容概括為“十個堅持”。即：（1）堅持黨對生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，（2）堅持生態(tài)興則文明興，（3）堅持人與自然和諧共生，（4）堅持綠水青山就是金山銀山，（5）堅持良好生態(tài)環(huán)境是最普惠的民生福祉，（6）堅持綠色發(fā)展是發(fā)展觀的深刻革命，（7）堅持統(tǒng)籌山水林田湖草沙系統(tǒng)治理，（8）堅持用最嚴格制度最嚴密法治保護生態(tài)環(huán)境，（9）堅持把建設(shè)美麗中國轉(zhuǎn)化為全體人民自覺行動，（10）堅持共謀全球生態(tài)文明建設(shè)之路。

【重要講話】

今后5年是美麗中國建設(shè)的重要時期，要深入貫徹新時代中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明思想，堅持以人民為中心，牢固樹立和踐行綠水青山就是金山銀山的理念，把建設(shè)美麗中國擺在強國建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興的突出位置，推動城鄉(xiāng)人居環(huán)境明顯改善、美麗中國建設(shè)取得顯著成效，以高品質(zhì)生態(tài)環(huán)境支撐高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，加快推進人與自然和諧共生的現(xiàn)代化。

The coming five years will be critical to the building of a Beautiful China. It is important to thoroughly implement the thought on socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics for a new era, adhere to the people-centered principle, uphold and act on the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and place the building of a Beautiful China in a prominent position of building a great modern socialist country in all respects and rejuvenating the nation. We should make remarkable achievements in promoting the significant improvement of urban and rural living environment and building a Beautiful China, support high-quality development with a high-quality ecological environment, and accelerate the advancement of modernization featuring harmony between humanity and nature.
